Hi, I'm Maciej!
🧾 I am a certified public speaker with 5 years of experience in public speaking.
🏆 From August 2021 in the organization Toastmasters International - I am an award-winning mentor and speaker.
🎤 For over 2 years I have worked as a trainer at McKinsey & Company, where I conducted training as part of the onboarding of new employees, as well as additional training in public speaking.
🎙️ I was also a trainer at STXNext in Poznań, where I organized training in public speaking and presenting in English.
🤝 I also work with the University of Economics in Poznań as part of the student development program - Career Indications.
🚀 Since February 2023, I have been running my own company, Speaker UP Maciej Baranowski, in which I am a public speaking coach, English language coach, and event host
